Roller Shades

The remote controlled battery operated roller shades are fantastic!

We love the blinds / minor cable issue.

We love the blinds. I measured and bought 4. Named each one with a number, i.e. "Porch 1", "Porch 2" etc. Bought the multi-blind remote control. It came preprogramed with each blind numbered appropriately. I did not have to name and store each blind on the remote! I really appreciate that attention to detail. The only issue I had was with the cable connectors at the top. When the blind reaches the top, the cable guide on the bottom of the screen sometimes compresses the cable clamp and releases the cable. My work around was to pull a bit of extra cable through the clamp, bend it over and secure it by wrapping it against the clamp with electrical tape. Now at least the cable will not drop out if the clamp if depressed by the guide. BTW I also appreciate the extra length of cable. There is at least twice the length you would need for each side of each shade.

Amazing company…excellent customer service!

This is one of the best companies to deal with! Their customer service is outstanding, they responded rapidly to my emails and helped me to find the best shade that suits my specific needs. The shade I ordered is perfect! It’s extremely well made and fixes the issue of the reflective light coming in. I love the fact that the remotes make using the shade so easy, as my window is very high up.

Best of the rest

I've bought three different brands of blinds for the interior of my house and exterior and these were by far my best purchase. Shipping went fast, instructions were very clear. The amounts were by far the highest quality and the easiest to install and clip the blind to.as Ison on the cake the remote was pre-programmed so I didn't have to mess with any of that. We'll buy from here again.

Overall good experience

Overall good experience, quick delivery and exactly as ordered. There is little allowance for misalignment of the brackets, so mounting needs to be on a very flat surface (or with shims as in my case). Cordless blind works with remote, and very smooth operation. Only question is how long will the battery last (outdoor), and can it be replaced easily?

Battery life may vary depending on usage frequency, window size, and fabric type. With approximately 500 charge cycles, the battery is designed to last throughout the normal lifespan of the shades.

As for replacement, the battery is built-in and not replaceable, which helps ensure a streamlined and reliable design. The motor is covered by a 5-year warranty. If any battery or motor issue occurs during the warranty period, we will replace the motor free of charge.
