I am very pleased with the roller shades I purchased and even more with the company. I was concerned with gaps because I had to join three shades together. The company worked with me to make sure there were minimal gaps. Great company and beautiful shades. Very classy.
Overall happy with the shades. Be careful when measuring, that 1/8 of an inch runs out quickly. If your window opening isn’t square, most aren’t the shade may rub on the way up and down. The shade also sits maybe 1/4 I’m an inch to the other side of which over side you choose to charge the motor from. Directions for pairing the matter motor could be better and I gave up on the remote, it never did work. Like I said overall they work well once set up and the large one only runs slightly on the last 30% or so. I’m not sure I’d pay this much again for 3 windows worth of shades($1000) but they do work and look nice. They also came well packaged and protected from China.

The blinds I received are just what I expected. They look or good quality. Came in a good package. Installation was simple and the motor works well. It was a plus that the remote control came already pre-programed.
Great product, length and width were perfect. Nice quiet motor. Would highly recommend.
I like these shades, they look good, work well, and are reasonably priced. Ordering was simple and installation was straight forward. I am docking them one star for two reasons. First, integration with Google Home requires a Nest Hub. This is the first third party product that I haven't been able to add to Google Home directly. Second, the mounting brackets for my inside mount are slightly visible above the valance. This isn't a deal breaker, especially in the rooms I have these in, but higher end blinds don't have this issue.
Shipping took about twice as long as the website implied, but this did not impact my rating. The shades were well packed and arrived in new condition. Overall I am pleased with this product.

1. Google Home integration — You’re absolutely right that Matter-over-Thread support currently requires a Nest Hub to act as the Thread Border Router. We’re actively working to expand direct ecosystem compatibility so third-party hubs won’t always be necessary in the future.
2. Bracket Visibility on Inside Mounts
Under normal room-facing viewing angles, our inside-mount brackets are designed to be fully hidden above the valance. If they appeared slightly visible, it was most likely due to the viewing perspective being from above the valance or from inside the window frame looking outward—rather than from a standard front-of-room position.
Additionally, our brackets are intentionally engineered to leave a very small gap between the valance and the window frame/wall. This is not a defect, but a functional buffer to prevent the shade from making direct contact with the frame or wall during operation, which can sometimes cause resonance or harmonic vibration noise. This design helps maintain a quieter, smoother, and more stable motion experience over time, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding of this thoughtful acoustic-control feature.
3. Shipping Delay
Your order transit time was longer than originally implied, as it coincided with the carrier’s New Year holiday schedule, when logistics networks temporarily run at reduced capacity. Beautiful and Perfect. No issues
We ordered 9 roller shades of different widths , heights, and colors. All of them were received in perfect condition. All fit exactly as we measured. It took about 30 minutes each to install. They come preprogrammed to the remotes so once they were up we could use them instantly. The valences and fabric seem high quality. We highly recommended
This product is better than I expected, and the installation instructions and process were great. The quality of the product seems very good, and they had even pre-programmed the controllers for my two shades and pre-set the preferred auto-stop position (although it was easy to change). Great product and great instructions!
